Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Tradeda account and all associated data — profile, listings, orders, chat messages, and wallet records — at any time.

Option 1: Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Tradeda app and sign in
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap Advanced to expand it
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm

This is immediate and permanent — your account and data are deleted right away, no waiting period.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll delete your account and data for you.

Deleting your account removes your profile, store listings, order history, chat messages, and wallet records from Tradeda's systems. This action cannot be undone.
